Use honey- If your sweet tooth generally gets the better of you, try replacing sugar with honey. It tastes great and is far healthier than sugar.
Turn vegetarian- Vegetarian food offers a lot of variety and can be a real treat for the taste buds. It’ also healthy as vegetables are packed with lesser calories and fats than meat based products/foods. However, if you ca not stand the thought of missing a meal then reduce your portions, or make some rules i.e. not cutting meat out alltogether, but just eating it on a weekend.
